Team Key
One of our most frequently asked questions from coaches goes something like, "I sent out invitations but players are telling me that they need a TEAM KEY."
What likely happens in this situation is that players bypass the invitation email and go straight to creating their account. This brings them to an empty home screen without any reference to your team information.
At the top of the screen, they find a button that says JOIN/CREATE TEAM.
Finding the Team Key
The Team Key can be found from the normal Invite Players Invitation screen, just above the Player Invite Link. It is an 8 digit alpha numeric code. Just copy, paste and share the code with players trying to log in.
